Complex characters without a visual reference may be accepted if visual reference for details is provided (images of accessories etc) but will cost more. If the design is left up to me it will fall into Custom character design category.
*When inquiring about a reference sheet commission be specific about the poses you want IF it is of importance to you (e.g. fursuit references)
