However if your Paypal is under a business name i do require you to mention it in your order. *Note that you must be using your own Paypal account)

Character reference & details: include a reference sheet or if available for your commission type — a written description of your character. Anything not visible in your reference sheet must be mentioned here. A brief description of the character's personality is a plus.

Description of commission: desired shading, background, props, poses etc.
